  • The platform is customized per institution (white-label apps)
  • Each school operates independently within the platform
  • We act as a technology provider, not an educational institution

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be authorized by the respective school or institution
  • Students may access the system under supervision of the institution
  • By using the service, you confirm you have proper authorization

3. User Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate information
  • Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for unauthorized or suspicious activity.

4. Data Ownership

Important:

  • All institutional and student data belongs to the respective school
  • KS IGNITED SOFTWARE Pvt Ltd acts only as a data processor
  • We do not claim ownership of any user or institutional data

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the system
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content
  • Misuse student or institutional data

6. Children's Data

Our platform may involve data of minors (students).

  • Schools are responsible for obtaining parental consent
  • We process student data only on behalf of the institution
  • We do not directly interact with children outside institutional control

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain uptime and reliability
  • However, services may be interrupted due to maintenance or technical issues
  • We are not liable for temporary downtime

8. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services in the future such as:

  • Payment gateways
  • Analytics tools
  • Communication APIs

We are not responsible for third-party service behavior or policies.

9. Payments (Future Scope)

Future versions may include fee payments via third-party gateways.

  • All transactions will be handled securely by payment providers
